The last day of June found the Presidents and President Elects of Region V District 4 National Charity League, Inc. at a Luncheon to discuss and plan the upcoming NCL, Inc. year during which the entire District will gather for its first “All District Ticktocker Day” in February of 2013. “This year our District’s goal will be to implement a day to bring the girls from each chapter together to participate in a joint philanthropy project for our National Charity – Operation Homefront. We also would like the girls to view a documentary called Findingkind which is part of the Kind Campaign” says National District Coordinator, Tory Howe. “Starting a dialog between our chapters early in NCL, Inc.’s year is National’s hope to build a strong bond and create friendships among the Leaders of the area”. Nine of the ten Chapters in the District 4 were able to participate as well as the National District Officers.
