When Ashley and her daughter joined NCL, they could not imagine the impact it would have on both of their lives. For Ashley, it fulfilled the need to continue teaching and mentoring through her various roles with her chapter, including chapter President, and then as a District Specialist.  For her daughter, NCL instilled a love of serving others and gave her a platform to grow her confidence in public speaking and in leadership. Ashley looks forward to learning and growing as she serves on the Leadership Development Team!
