Cynthi served as a Founding Board Member for both the Sonoran Centennial and Tucson Chapters where she held a number of positions, including President. She also served at the District level in a couple different positions including the National District Coordinator. At the National level she has served on the Nominating Committee and National Board. Cynthi has over 30 years in the field of human resources and last year started her own Executive Coaching and Consulting business where she coaches leaders to achieve winning results.
