Having trouble logging in? For security purposes, the website will lock a user's account after a specified number of unsuccessful login attempts. Here's a good rule to follow: Only allow yourself two unsuccessful attempts before asking NCL Headquarters to send you your password.

If you don't get the email containing your password within a few minutes, it may be that your email address on the website is incorrect. Send an email to describing your problem to the NCL Admin Coordinator. Provide your full name and Chapter name, along with your current email address in your message.

If you have a generic default password, and find you're having trouble remembering it, change it to something that works for you. Passwords must contain at lease one digit and one capital letter, and be at least eight characters in length.
