About Our Chapter

NCL, Inc., Jacksonville Chapter is a group of mothers and daughters who have come together in a commitment to community service, leadership development and cultural experiences.
Members shall reside in or attend school in Duval County and St. Johns County. Like all NCL, Inc. Chapters, Jacksonville aims to foster the mother-daughter relationship by serving its communities together.

Leadership Development

We build capable, courageous leaders through opportunities to learn, reflect and develop. Our leaders become successful in their education, career and communities by learning the necessary skills during their NCL experience.

Cultural Experiences

We preserve National Charity League traditions and core values, while appreciating the growth that comes from connecting with different communities and cultures. We continually strive to build stronger ties with our communities and the individuals within them. It is through this understanding that we grow and develop broader worldviews that will shape and support our lives.

Board Members

Megan Kilis, President

 Megan Kilis was born in Jacksonville and raised in New Orleans & Houston— sheis a dedicated community leader, wife, mother of two, and co-founder of Jacksonville Mom, a resource that has connected and supported families in Northeast Florida since 2012. With a passion for fostering meaningful relationships and creating impactful programs, Megan brings her expertise in communication, event planning, and philanthropy to her role on the National Charity League board. A Jacksonville native with deep ties to the area, Megan is committed to empowering mothers and daughters to serve together and make a positive difference in their communities.

 

Ashley Smith, President Elect

Ashley works to ensure the new member experience is a positive one for women and their daughters joining NCL Jacksonville, from onboarding to committee placement to ensuring everyone is welcomed at every meeting and event. Ashley is the Medical Partner and Special Times Manager for Dreams Come True of Jacksonville. 

 

 

Meredith Croft, Vice President of Membership

 

Meredith is a born-and-bred seventh generation Floridian, raised in South Florida. She and her husband jumped at the opportunity to return to the Sunshine State in 2020 from Atlanta with their two daughters, Caitlin (12th grade) and Ansley (10th grade). After working 25+ years in the television news industry, Meredith currently spends time volunteering for NCL along with many organizations in the Jacksonville area. In her spare time you’ll find her at the gym, on the beach, or chasing down redfish on their boat.

 

Tabitha Wilkey, Treasurer

 

Born and raised Floridian Tabitha Wilkey became an inactive CPA when her first daughter was born. Before kids she worked Big Five Accounting, audited non-profit organizations and was Director of Finance for Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida. After kids, she volunteers at San Jose Catholic School, exercises almost daily, and is eager to try new things. When not monitoring NCL’s finances, she can be found at the lake with her husband, the sidelines of kids’ sporting events, or eating ice cream while reading a book.

 

Nikki Poole, Vice President of New Members

Nikki is originally from South Florida and attended Florida State University and Florida State University College of Law.  She has been practicing law for over 22 years and is a partner in a Jacksonville based law firm.  Her pride and joy is her family – her husband, two daughters (Frances, 13, and Lyla, 16) and of course, her two pups (Stevie and Winston).  When she’s not working or volunteering with NCL, you will likely find Nikki supporting her kids on the sidelines of a football game or cheer competition or in the audience of a dance performance.  

 

Jennifer Kaltman, Vice President Philanthropy

Jennifer helps NCL Jacskonville build connections through experiences that impact our communities by working with area philanthropies to ensure they have the help they need to fulfill their missions. Jennifer creates partnerships between NCL Jacksonville and mission-aligned organizations to ensure NCL members have fulfilling volunteer experiences and organizations are able to fill the needs of the area community.

 

Melanie Sembach, Secretary

Melanie Sembach has called Jacksonville home for 15 years. Married to her college sweetheart and a proud mom of three, she serves as lead Clinical Audiologist at the Naval Medical Readiness and Training Center, supporting the health and readiness of service members and their families. Passionate about service and connection, Melanie is active in her community and especially dedicated to empowering mothers and daughters to build relationships and make a positive impact through the National Charity League.

 

Kim Slaveski, Parliamentarian

Kim Slaveski is the Managing Director of the U.S. Registration & Licensing Team at Bank of America, overseeing domestic registration and licensing for individuals and entities across the enterprise, including FINRA, OCC, NFA, Securities SWAP Dealers, and mortgage and insurance licensing.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida and an MBA from the University of North Florida. She is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute at Wharton and the Bank of America Operations Development Program at the University of Michigan. Kim is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 26, and 99 licenses.

 In addition to her professional responsibilities, Kim serves as the Executive Sponsor of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Bank of America Parent and Caregivers Network. She is also an active member of the Jacksonville Chapter of the National Charity League (NCL), where she participates alongside her daughter, Reagan, and currently serves on the NCL board as Parliamentarian.

A resident of Neptune Beach, Florida, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, Jason, and their family. She has a passion for traveling, home design and remodeling, practicing Pilates and cheering on the University of Florida Gator football and basketball teams.

 

Hannah Windsor, Vice President of Engagement and Inclusion

Hannah Windsor is a seasoned real estate professional, community leader, and devoted mother. Raised between England and Spain, she brings a global perspective and heartfelt warmth to every endeavour. Now proudly rooted in Jacksonville, she serves on the boards of The Jericho School and the Rotary Club of San Marco, where she is President-Elect.

With a background in communications and a passion for inclusive leadership, Hannah fosters meaningful connections between mothers and daughters through her work with the National Charity League, encouraging service, leadership, and lifelong friendships.

Her mission is clear: to uplift others, celebrate diversity, and leave every community better than she found it.

 
 

Stacey Gerhardt, Vice President of Communications

Born and raised in Hickory, North Carolina, Stacey has called Florida home for the past 18 years. With a 25-year career in nursing, including six years of service as a U.S. Army nurse with deployments to Kosovo and Iraq, she brings both dedication and resilience to everything she does.

Stacey is a proud mom to two children—her 18-year-old son and 14-year-old daughter—and an active community volunteer. She currently serves as Vice President of Communications for the Beachside PTSO and is excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm to her role with the National Charity League.

 

Erica Maron, Vice President of Ticktockers

 

Erica is a native Floridian, born and raised in Stuart, FL. After attending the University of Richmond (go Spiders!), Erica returned to Florida. She and her husband have a daughter, Wylie (14), and a son, Mack (12). After 20+ years working for a local consumer goods manufacturer, Erica left the corporate world 2 years ago to focus full-time on her family. In addition to volunteering with NCL, Erica enjoys running, traveling and spending time with her family (especially at the beach!).
