Dieema’s passion for service and commitment to fostering meaningful connections shine through her dedication to National Charity League, Inc. Since joining the Beachside Chapter in 2017, she has embarked on a journey alongside her daughters (Classes of 2023 and 2024), forging a remarkable tradition of family service. Together, they have achieved years of combined service and consistently earned the Beachside Chapter’s Mother-Daughter Award. Dieema has served as the Vice President of Communications and Grade Level Advisor.

As the Talent Management Director for Palm Tree, Dieema utilizes her CPA license and Senior HR credentials (SHRM-SCP) to ensure the firm operates efficiently, complies with regulations, and manages its workforce strategically. Elected to the El Segundo Unified School District Board in 2020, she brings compassion and unwavering commitment to her role. She strives to ensure continued excellence within the schools, fostering a positive learning environment for all. Her commitment to service extends to her membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. As a proud Silver Star and Life Member, she upholds the values of service to all mankind.
