Director

Erica is a Forever NCL Sustainer and Honorary Life Member of the Palos Verdes Chapter in Palos Verdes, California. She began her NCL journey with her daughter, Emma, in 2019. During her active years, Erica served in numerous leadership roles, including President, President-Elect, GLA, VP Ticktockers, Senior Recognition Committee Member, Senior Recognition Liaison, Sustainer Liaison, and Philanthropy Partner Liaison. She is incredibly proud of the relationships she has built and the impact she has made through her service to NCL.
Erica has dedicated her professional career to leading mission-driven organizations that serve children and families. She previously served as Executive Director for both Camp Ronald McDonald for Good Times and Variety – the Children’s Charity, as well as California State Director for Best Buddies International. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about building strong communities, developing leaders, and raising critical funds to support meaningful causes.
Beyond NCL, Erica’s volunteer work includes serving on boards such as Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Los Angeles, Wilmington Community Clinic, the National League of Young Men, and her children’s school Booster Clubs, where she also served as President.
Erica earned her B.S. in Political Science from Cal Poly Pomona, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from UCLA, and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University. A native Californian, she lives in Rancho Palos Verdes with her husband, three children, two dogs, one bunny, and two lizards named Spot and Gecko.
In her free time, Erica enjoys reading, cooking, and playing Bunco and co-ed softball. Her favorite quote is by Maya Angelou: “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
