Director

Laura is a Forever NCL Sustainer and Honorary Life Member of the Emerald City Chapter in Washington State. She began her membership in 2011 with her daughter Lindsay. She is enormously proud of the legacy of service that her daughter carries forward!
Laura has held several national leadership roles, including serving as a Finance Subject Matter Expert on the Leadership Development Team, where she developed and hosted both live and virtual trainings for chapters. She has also served as a member of the National Volunteer Team supporting chapter operations. In her home chapter, she served two terms as Treasurer, one term as Chapter President, and two terms as Webmaster.
With over 25 years of experience in commercial and nonprofit finance work, Laura has since turned her focus to National Charity League, assisting the organization in achieving its operational goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. Away from NCL, she enjoys the beauty of the Pacific Northwest as a United States Coast Guard Merchant Mariner Master and is an American Sailing Association instructor.
She is excited for the opportunity to serve on the NCL, Inc. Board of Directors and celebrating the organization’s 100th anniversary in 2025!
