Liz started her NCL experience as a Patroness in the Heart of Kansas City Chapter with her daughter as the Class of 2014. Knowing she wanted to stay connected to NCL after her daughter graduated, Liz joined the Leadership Development Team and has been a team member for the last ten years. She was responsible for live training across the country as well as Zoom and recorded video training for all Chapter Board Members, Grade Level Advisers, Ticktockers, as well as other leadership positions within NCL.

Previously, Liz was a member of the following special committees: Vision Casting Task Force, Chapter Support Implementation Team and most recently, Chair of the Program Evaluation Committee, for two years.

Liz recently left the professional management workforce to consult in order to be able to spend more time with family, including a new grandson. When not volunteering within her community, Liz and her husband love to travel to new places with outdoor fun and good food top of their list.

Liz is thrilled and honored to have the opportunity to serve on the NCL, Inc. Board of Directors. She has made so many lifelong connections within NCL and looks forward to that continuing. Liz is especially eager to help NCL embrace their vision, mission and values as the organization continues to grow!
