Joan believes that giving of one’s talents is a way of life. By serving in her Chapter as Grade Level Advisor, VP Ticktockers and President, NCL has helped her to develop her leadership skills to serve as District Specialist and on the Leadership Development Team for NCL, Inc. Professionally she has spent her career in Public Relations and Contracting, and she now runs her own business while traveling around the globe installing art projects in underserved communities.
