National Charity League, Inc. Del Norte Chapter donates more than 1,000 books to advance literacy

National Charity League, Inc. (NCL), a national mother-daughter nonprofit organization with local chapters, has a unique program designed to empower members to succeed as confident, well-rounded contributors to society while making a positive impact in the communities they serve, according to a news release. The National Charity League, Inc. Del Norte Chapter participated in NCL’s third annual “National Day of Service,” held on Jan. 15, also recognized as Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK) Day of Service.
