The National Charity League’s Southlake chapter had its most successful fundraising year yet.

Established in 1997, the National Charity League is a group of mothers and daughters who foster relationships through community service. Recently hosting its 27th annual fashion show and benefiton March 3, the League reported that 2024 was its biggest year yet, raising $122,500 through its local philanthropy and community partners.

“We are so grateful that the community showed up and supported the hard work of our fashion show team and entire chapter at our annual fashion show fundraiser,” president Carrie Ruck says. “Their support allowed us to raise a record-breaking amount that will be given to numerous philanthropies serving our community. The momentum and joy around this event and the outcome is already at work as we have begun plans for next year’s fundraiser. We are truly so appreciative of everyone in the community who joined us and helped make this happen.”
